Mr. Koss holds a Master´s Degree in Business and Real Estate, and Maryland and D.C. Real Estate Licenses. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Community Associations Institute.
Mike Coburn, Vice President of Oakbrook Management Company, has been involved in community and association management in Maryland and Virginia since 1980. He has decades of experience in construction management in both commercial and residential properties. Because of this, he leads our company efforts in major construction and repair projects.
